Hi everyone, I could either say I have had a rather busy month, or I could say I am back to my lod procrastinating self this month with the Santa Fe red and silver warbonnets. Take your pick. At least these photos from contributor Wes Carr are worth the wait! I am especially excited to have not one but two SD75M's, as photos of these in their original Santa Fe 200 series numbers have proven to be very elusive. They were among the first BNSF units to get renumbered, and the last Santa Fe locomotives built, so there was only about a three year period where they wore their original numbers. Enjoy! |
