Hi everyone, Being a computer support professional, I remember Y2K well, and was very happy to be out taking pictures of things like C44-9W #635 instead of working frantically to fix undetected computer problems on January 1, 2000. Like many others, I was on call in case of any problems, and I did have one to deal with, but it was rather insignificant. One log file that changes names every month changed from 121999 to 010100. Not exactly life threatening. As it turns out, Halloween (October 31, 2000) proved to be a much more interesting day, since I managed to get a shot of C40-8W #841. Not anything special but it is the only one of today's five units I did not already have a picture of! Enjoy! |
