Message of the day - August 15, 2000:

Hi everyone,

Here are five more BNSF SD70MAC's to start of the month. For modelers out there, the additional shots of SD70MAC #9912 should be helpful, as I now have three out of the four corners covered. For those looking for something a little more artistic, the shot of SD70MAC #8922 is perhaps one of the best I have taken in a while, especially considering the challenge of taking interesting photos in scenery challenged Saginaw, Texas. I sacrificed the roster shot to get a different prespective, and it did turn out to be an interesting shot from that angle. I was sitting on top of my dad's van when taking that picture in order to get the view from above the crossing gate. The extra six feet of elevation makes all the difference in the world. Got all three grain elevators, the crossing gate, and the signal at the turnout as props.

Enjoy!
