Hi everyone,
The learning curve for OS X isn't too bad, granted I have been
using it for several years now for other tasks. I've managed to
shave off most of the delays, there are of course a few minor
annoyances that any self respecting "power user" will have to
deal with. I'm only about 15 minutes over the typical OS 9 time
for an update, way better than yesterday which was about a full
hour more time spent for the same results.
So here are the five unit photos corresponding to the recently posted entire car shot of BNSF 240006, an ex-BN Gunderson Maxi III. I must say I am shocked (not merely surprised, actually shocked) that I have yet to post a BN Maxi III that has been remarked BNSF. Especially considering how many BNSF intermodal car photos I have posted. Nevermind how many BNSF intermodal car photos I have that I have yet to post! I must be in denial over them being BNSFized. Only those of you who have seen my e-mail signature or my N Scale of Nevada BN Maxi III model would really understand how much I liked the original BN red white and blue cars and containers. Whoops, I guess I spoke too soon. Behold BNSF 240315 and its large BN logos. I feel much better now. These cars with the teeny tiny BN logos don't really do if for me, and for years I was in denial that they even existed since I like the big logos a lot more and the first set of these cars I ever saw featured the large logos. But 14 years later, it was a treat to finally see some of these cars with the small logo. The fact that the number (240006) falls remarkably low in the 240xxx class also was pleasing in a way. Enjoy! |
