Hi everyone,
As short as the days are in December, I've made it a point to get trackside early and often as opportunities arise. Which is a good thing, since it took me three outings just to get 5 decent pix to feature. Intermodals have remained elusive, but I can still count on a coal train to show up on most afternoons and that is what four of these five units were on. While none of these pix are particularly exciting, the one of SD70MAC #8925 is a repeat, and it is my first pic that was exciting to revisit. Check out SD70MAC #8925 circa 1999 as a one month old (back in the Kodachrome 25 film days) looking showroom new if not for a light dusting on the snowplow. I really ought to repost that image at the current standard size, but that's part of another project that's been underway for a while now. Enjoy! |
