Hi everyone,
Way back in the early days of BNSF, December was the month I preferred for featuring motive power painted in the red and silver "Warbonnet" paint scheme. Most were ex-ATSF, with some BNSF as well. It has been a few years, but today I decided to dig all the way back to 2007 to find some suitable photos that I had not posted yet. Fortunately I came up with plenty just in 2007 so it did not take as much effort as I feared it might. In the case of GP60M #160 I pulled an old trick where I got decent pix of both sides on the same day due to the train making a turn from south from Haslet to Saginaw to northwest from Saginaw toward Wichita Falls. So for all you Santa Fe and BNSF Warbonnet fans out there, have fun with this batch set of 5 photos, all from 2007, and all from Saginaw, Texas. Enjoy! |
