Hi everyone,
As I mentioned before, December is "red and silver month," so here are three more 700 class C44-9W's. Two of the shots are from contributor Mark R. Lynn, two more are from slide trading with Moss E. Hulsey, and one is a rare action shot by myself. I mainly shoot rosters, and several roster collectors like Mark and Moss have schooled me on shooting rosters at 50mm. I think it was Dan Pope who first schooled me on that. Anyway, my action shot of 719 was taken at about 200mm, from a tripod (had just enough time to set up). You won't see too many shots like this by me, since action kind of requires some scenery. The bridges in the background span over the Trinity River in Ft. Worth, TX. This spot is popular among area railfans, and is nicknamed "Three Bridges River." Enjoy! |
