Hi everyone,
Here is one last warbonnet by Mark R. Lynn, one by myself, and an interesting shot of an Ex-MNCR B23-7 relettered as BNSF 4200 taken by new contributor and local friend, Ed McGinley. Yet another scheme to add to the many existing paint schemes to be found decorating BNSF locomotives. Also, I am beginning my second marathon posting of freight cars. This time it is all covered hoppers. These are by far the most common type of car to see in BNSF paint, as the BN had a huge fleet, and the BNSF has been buying hundreds of new hoppers to meet shippers demands. I have seen several hundred new hoppers come out of the Trinity facility in Saginaw, TX. Those will be among the last covered hoppers I post, since they are in the highest number series. Enjoy! |
