Hi everyone,
I recently returned from a trip to the Pacific Northwest, and not only photographed double stack cars, but also did get some locomotives. I was mainly after BN and ex-BN units in BN green on the trip, as I thought they would be more common in ex-BN territory. They are, but most of the ones I saw were either SD40-2's stored at Livingston, MT or a variety of power being serivced at the Interbay facility in Seattle. Both areas are not easy to photograph. I do think I did better on the Marias Pass action this time. I should have the slides back in a day or two, and might even post some SD40-2's soon, since I am on that theme on the BN site right now. The five photos for today are more of the same, the five individual units of BNSF #240266, another ex SFLC (Santa Fe) Gunderson Maxi III. Enjoy! |
