Hi everyone,
The temperature in Texas has been hot this month, but action on BNSF rails hasn't quite kept pace. I did get out on a few days, but only made quote of 5 rosters on one, and I'm pushing the limits of my "light on the nose" preference with one photo. Catch of the day was SD45-2 #6501, a subject that I'm a bit thin on, and those that remain are on borrowed time as some have recently been rebuilt with 16 cylinder prime movers making them effectively SD40-2's. I have seen two of these rebuilds in Texas but neither was in a photogenic spot. Enjoy! |
