Message of the day - July 28, 2010:

Hi everyone,

These two BNSF business cars wrap up what I have for that subject for the time being, and now it's time to move on to the next subject, a visit to Crawford Hill, NE done right with an overnight stay at the Ponderosa Ranch.

In a nutshell, it was a great time. Prior to 5/31/2010, the most photos I ever took in a day was 950 around Kingman, AZ. I had over 1200 (shooting basically every locomotive and car in addition to the scenic action) and this was by 11:30am, when I called it a day since the sun was getting high and I really was quite happy with what I'd accomplished. Plus I wanted to continue on to Marias Pass in Montana, which I intended to be the highlight of the trip. In hindsight, Crawford Hill wound up being the best part of the trip.

Enjoy!
