Well, it's a new month, so time for a new topic. I'll start this month with ex-BN units that have been relettered and renumbered, but not repainted. There are not too many BN units that need to be renumbered, so it took me a while to come up with enough of these to make a CD of 36. The majority of the pictures of these ex-BN units were sent by contributor John T. Kennedy, who lived in the Seattle area where BN (and therefore ex-BN units) are a lot more common than down here in Texas. Most of the units to be renumbered are switch engines, so most of the shots will be of switch engines, but John also caught a few other types of locomotives. All of today's photos are from John.
