Message of the day - June 17, 2005:

Hi everyone,

It appears a few weeks have passed since my last BNSF update. The weather during March was not that great, but it was not that bad either. I did keep myself pretty busy with the BN side of things during May. June has been another story, as I have spent a lot of time trackside, and therefore have had a lot of photos to sort through. That's a good problem to have. I also had the pleasure of showing contributor Jeremy Bubb around the area last weekend, returning some long overdue slides to him as well as scanning a bunch more.

In years past, I've posted some major quantities of SD70MAC's, but that will not be the case this month. At least I have a couple rear uncoupled shots. Not that rear uncoupled rosters are my goal in life, but I sure don't get them every day so I don't fuss when the DPU on these coal trains happens to be facing the "wrong" way.

Enjoy!
