Hi everyone,
Today I tried my luck after work for the third time this month and finally have something to show for it. Other days I did get something to show for my efforts, but I didn't make "quota" of 5 acceptable roster shots in a day. I will confess I am pushing it a little with this marginal photo of C44-9W #4584 and its shadowed rear truck, but I figured it was worth the compromise to feature a particularly nice catch, SD70ACE #9225 where I do not seem to care at all about the shadow cast by that same tree. As for the other photos, I must admit I had my doubts about whether or not I already had a pic of GP38 #2241, but even in the film days, I had a tendency to shoot first and ask questions later. Today it paid off. At first glance, I figured I probably had it. Maybe I do, but I if I got it, it must have been on another one of those days where I didn't make quota. Enjoy! |
