Hi everyone,
Well, I almost overlooked one last photo from contributor Wes Carr of SD70MAC #9945, but here it is, along with several Heritate II C44-9W photos of my own. While none are particularly interesting, a story goes along with the shot of C44-9W #4415. I was on my way to a GNRHS convention in Grand Forks, ND, and ran across a couple railfans at Dilworth, MN on the way. Funny thing was they recognized my name right away when I introduced myself (and of course I can't remember theirs now). Even funnier was that I was riding my bicycle around the yard, which they asked if I rode all the way from Texas. Perhaps you would have had to have been there, unless you are Kent Charles who reminded me to not forget my bike when I met him at Dayton's Bluff during a NP Historical Society convention in St. Paul the following week.
