Here are five more covered hoppers (57 down, 12 to go). In case you have been paying attention to the number of pictures, I decided not to use three, since they were too blurry. I almost posted two anyway just to show what happens when you take a shot of a fast moving train at 1/125, but it is probably adequate to say that the scenery was nice and sharp, but the train was a blur. In reviewing my postings for last month, I noticed another mistake that I have made - the number of images posted was 20 images short of the actual number posted, so that is why yesterday the site had 515 images and today it has 540, even though I only posted five images today. As for today's images, again there is a decent variety of hoppers due to the spread between numbers. Another thing that is easy to see is that all five have BNSF logos, which I'm sure most of us like to see. Enjoy! |
