Hi everyone,
Getting a T1 line is apparenly a slow process, but progress has been made. A cable was buried in the backyard to get enough quality wire pairs to that magical telco box, so I can say for the first time that I can see exactly why I am paying a"setup" fee for internet service. The line should be up any day now. All that remains is telco testing of the circuit. With my luck, that should be done in about six to eight weeks. At least my luck trackside has not been so bad. Got some good shots of C40-8W #822 recently - one of two such units in Heritage II paint. As for today's pictures, more of the same - five more Heritate II C44-9W photos, all by me. Enjoy! |
