Hi everyone,
I guess it does take me a while to get things scanned sometimes. Four years ago today, I photographed SD70MAC #9717 and here it is now online. I was trackside in Fort Worth and Saginaw also today, and if you read my comments about BN SD70MAC's being retrofitted with distributed power, I did see one today. Dad and I chased it down, but I could not get a satisfactory shot off. I do not recall the exact number, but it was in the 9600's. Suffice it to say I have seen one now, and it will be wonderful to once again see BN SD70MAC's on the lead of coal trains! Today's spring cleaning double stack car photo, Stack Car #211376, is a little less than two years old now, and I scanned it over a year ago so perhaps it does not take that long all the time.
