Yesterday was so full of excitement that I had to get trackside again today, though I did not get an early start. I only managed to scrounge a few EMD GP's today, and did not get five good shots, so I will reach back into the digital collection and continue with the Heritage II GE's. There is nothing particularly choice about any of these subjects but C44-9W #4079 is new enough that I have to guess that it was built in June 2003, and while this is not the first shot I have of C44-9W #4560, note the condition of the paint as compared to this February 2001 photo. Fortunately, the unit behind it shows a more typical shade of BNSF orange. Enjoy! |
