Hi everyone,
More of the same - a closer look at another Gunderson Maxi III double stack car in BNSF paint! If you are one to look closely, you'll realize it really isn't more of the same. The containers are quite different, and I'm sure many modellers out there are interested to know what containers BNSF typically (or occasionally) puts in these cars. Not that I've caught enough of these to see a real trend....yet. Personally, I like to see them filled unit train style. Nothing beats a wall of BN America or K-Line containers in my book. JB Hunt is growing on me (a sure favorite among the SF side). It seems that a lot of Hyundai containers come out of the Alliance Yard in Haslet, TX but I haven't seen them in many photos or videos from around the country. I may have to buy a few anyway. They are a lot easier to find than K-Line containers! Enjoy! |
