Hi everyone,
Now that I move on to the 5400 series C44-9W's, the photos are somewhat more useful since I have very few photos already posted of the more recent deliveries. June and August 2000 may not exactly be recent deliveries, but compared to units built in 1997 and 1998, they have simply not been around as long to photograph. Plus, to some photographers the novelty of the Heritage II C44-9W has worn off, so other subjects draw more attention and are therefore more frequently photographed. Note that I am posting the units in order of highest number to lowest number to reflect the builder sequence. Also, today I have another one of the few photos I took on September 11, 2001. This shot of C44-9W #5438 was another step on the way to returning to life as usual. Enjoy! |
