Hi everyone,
For those of you that keep tabs on my BN website, you know I was in Tulsa, OK a couple weeks ago, and caught a couple notable BN subjects, promting a rare opportunity to make an update to the BN archive using very recent photos. As you might expect, I got some BNSF subjects there as well, mostly of power in Tulsa's Cherokee Yard. The only one of these five not in what I would consider yard limits is that of C40-8W #892, which I was quite happy to get an overhead roster shot of. For that matter, all five of today's photos are overhead rosters taken from one of two bridges in Tulsa. That is one of the things I especially like about Tulsa, however another thing I liked about the place was that it was the home of the very rare on BNSF MP15, and I came up empty on that subject this time. In fact I came up empty on switch engines in general. Quite odd for Tulsa. Enjoy! |
