Here are a few more rosters from my August 2012 trip. Catch of the trip when it can to roster shots was definitely the ES44C4 #7045, a mere one month old at the time of the photo. How a one month old rates work train service baffles me, but I'm not complaining. OK, in a perfect world, either sister unit 7044 or 7046 would have been the second unit instead of the 713 in Warbonnet paint, and they would have been facing west instead of east so I could have got the units in my favorite view of the summit. But at least I did get that view with two other units featured today, SD70MAC #9644 and C44-9W #4990 did both satisfy my appetite for proper Marias Pass Summit action. Those action shots are of coming attractions for Party 13.0. Enjoy! |
