Hi everyone,
It has been a busy month for me, not good since I've got more BNSF from Dan Grobe as well as more BN from Cliff West that I'd like to showcase. In the meantime, here are a handful of photos taken while travelling to Scottsdale, AZ to see relatives for Christmas 2006. I did get several good action shots on this trip, so April 12, 2007 should be a return to some halfway decent action and scenic photos. I didn't get to see the sights I hoped to see in Abo Canyon, but the state of New Mexico was still good to us. Yes, my dad John Biel outdid me on a roster shot and I even have one from my sister on the trip back from AZ to Texas that I may just save until April since it's more of a scenic photo than a roster. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I guess I do have one "New Year's Resolution" and that is to return to posting photos of anything BNSF, not just the new "Wedgie" logo stuff. The novelty has worn off a bit and I'd like to get back to pointing out oddities like the curious nose door paint variations on these good old C44-9W's like 5486 and 4705. Enjoy! |
